Punishment for Stupidity

Shouldn't there be a punishment for incessant stupidity?
I'm not talking about ignorance, but stupidity.

Stupidity:
1. Slow to learn or understand; obtuse.
2. Tending to make poor decisions or careless mistakes.
3. Marked by a lack of intelligence or care; foolish or careless: a stupid mistake.
4. Dazed, stunned, or stupefied.
5. Pointless; worthless: a stupid job.


Like when someone has a deadline for a project, and never tells the people that are supposed to be involved until way too late?
Then.. everyone runs around like it's a fire drill with their hair on fire.

Punishment... hmmm I can think of a few.
